Our Story
Fresh Meet has been kicking around as an idea since 2012, when the Team at Bravand learned that the digital industry was struggling to attract talent, and really needed to do better in attracting talent from diverse backgrounds.
Bravand has been offering young people paid internships and work experience, as well as running "Careers in Digital" workshops with groups of young people, since then and Fresh Meet CIC was setup and launched in 2025 to house and scale that work.

Bravand is a leading, independent, female-founded and led digital agency, and has a 12-year track record of designing, building and helping to promote all sorts of things that people interact with on screens.

Founder of Bravand and eternal digital optimist, Jilly’s all about building things that work — for clients, users, and teams alike.
With over 20 years working in the creative digital sector, there are very few sectors she hasn’t worked with and always has a story to tell.
At Fresh Meet, she’s the powerhouse behind the scenes, helping emerging talent get seen, heard, and hired.
Big fan of plain English, straight-talking, and making stuff happen (preferably with snacks).
Ross Musgrove
Co-founder
Personal Trainer turned User Researcher turned Sales Person, the common thread in Ross’s career is that he’s a professional nosey person.
He loves meeting people and understanding why things are the way they are. Always asking “Why?” and, crucially, listening to the answers. He’s passionate about uncovering problems and helping people fix them.
Ross brings years of experience and now channels that capability and energy into Fresh Meet, helping the next wave of talent break into the digital / tech industries with confidence.
