Meet the Mentor - Steph Ashmore
Finishing September on a high with another Meet the Mentor post, we’re pumped to introduce you to Steph Ashmore, the founder of Behind the Build and our go-to product discovery specialist!
Since joining us after our first innovation lab on July 6th, she’s been shaping how Fresh Meet works AND and bringing her expertise to the table across a number of projects we have planned in the studio.
With 15 years of experience in delivering products, Steph knows how to turn confusion into clear, validated direction. She’s led product teams and coached leaders on developing solid discovery frameworks, all grounded in deep user research and business analysis.
Her mission? To help teams cut through wasted effort and build the right thing the first time—saving everyone time, money, and a whole lot of rework.
When she’s not busy helping organisations level up, you can find Steph as a CrossFit trainer. She’s passionate about empowering women through strength training, promoting both physical and mental health.
