'Careers in Digital' talk with SEND students

"We'd also like to extend a special thank you to (a bare faced) 🌳Ross Musgrove🌳 from Bravand who recently visited us to give his "Careers in Digital" talk. Despite facing technical issues, more students than we think he anticipated and even a minor medical emergency, he handled everything like a true professional. What really stood out was the way he engaged with our students—treating them with the same respect and high standards as he would with any mainstream group.

It's so important that our SEND students have opportunities to meet employers like him, who show them what is out there and that the world of work is open to them too. These experiences help our students see that there are amazing, understanding employers out there, and that their future is full of possibilities.
